This song is based upon Revelation 5:11 which says “Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.”
This song is a response to that amazing passage (the whole of Revelation 5) which describes worship in the throne room of heaven, as well as a the thought that humanity and creation are invited to join in with the praises of the Most High God! Together we create beautiful worship that encircles the throne of God himself.
